Since 2001, Chiedza has supported vulnerable children and young people affected by HIV and AIDS in Harare South and rural Zvimba, Zimbabwe. Through their proven four-pillar model – enrolment, retention, completion, and employability – they provide second-chance education and vocational training to children who are out of school, giving at least 300 learners each year the opportunity to return to learning and rebuild their futures.
Their holistic approach extends beyond academics, providing health and nutrition support, child protection services, and economic strengthening for caregivers — addressing the root causes that prevent children from attending school.
