Restoration and rehabilitation of human dignity
Phelisanong Children’s Centre, founded in 2001 by disabled and HIV-positive community members in Pitseng, Lesotho, is a sanctuary for some of the country’s most vulnerable children. It is the only centre in Lesotho that welcomes children with both physical and mental disabilities, as well as those orphaned or affected by HIV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses.
Beyond providing a loving residential home, Phelisanong offers nutritious meals, healthcare, and quality education through its Mamello English Medium Primary School.
This campaign seeks to raise $10,000 to sustain Phelisanong’s residential care, education, and feeding programmes. Your gift will directly help provide safe shelter, nutritious meals, and schooling for children who would otherwise be left without support.
Mentoring men and boys to become allies for gender equality, social justice, and well-being.
Kwakha Indvodza, which means “building a man” in IsiSwati, mentors boys and young men in Mbabane. The first mentoring organisation in eSwatini, Kwakha Indvodza, provides access to health and counselling services, financial management education, and vocational skills training.
