Alpha Cottage Children’s Home
Alpha Cottage was found in 1957 by Mrs. Helen McGhie in 1964. Located 2 km from Masvingo City Centre, along Mutare Road (opposite Helen McGhie Primary School). It provides shelter, food, medical care, education, counselling, and psycho-social support to orphans and vulnerable children (abandoned, abused, neglected, orphaned, and those with imprisoned parents). Beyond care and protection, children must gain practical life skills for independent living.
Apha Cottages seeks to raise $10,000 for sustainability projects that include Poultry and Greenhouse project.

Emthunzini Wethemba Children’s Home
Founded in 1996 by Rev Envoy David and Margret Ndoda (Salvationists), Emthunzini Wethemba Children’s Home is a welfare registered, faith-based organization dedicated to providing a safe haven for disadvantaged children through shelter, food, education, and psychosocial support services.
We are seeking $9,900 to strengthen our impact through three critical projects: installation of solar energy to power the borehole and provide reliable lighting, establishment of income-generating initiatives such as poultry, vegetable gardening, and an orchard to ensure both food security and sustainability, and renovation of our deteriorating infrastructure to create a safer, more dignified living environment for the children.

Bakorenhema children’s home
Bakorenhema children’s home is a Private Voluntary Organization that is committed to safeguard the welfare of all vulnerable children in it’s care. It was founded in 1968 as a Technical college and was later registered as a children’s home in 2001.
The home seeks to raise $10 000, which will be going towards building water reservoir, backup pump to improve the children’s livelihood and promote the vegetable project the home is currently running and to start the broiler project. To improve nutrition and have a sustainable project that will keep generating income for the home. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Joseph’s House for Boys was established following the 1929 Anglican Church synod. It Aims to provide shelter, food, and education to boys who are orphaned, destitute, abandoned, or abused.
Objectives:
- To ensure a safe and happy environment for boys in need.
- To provide psychosocial support, helping boys cope with their trauma and build resilience.
- To offer adequate accommodation for staff, recognizing that happy caregivers contribute to better care.
The home seeks to raise $10000 for Accommodation of Staff to Improved living conditions for caregivers to enhance their well-being and effectiveness.

Shearly Cripps, is a charitable organization under the Anglican Diocese of Harare’s education department, aims to empower orphans and vulnerable children to become socially adjusted, self-sustainable, and healthy responsible citizens.
We are seeking to raise $10,000 USD to meet government residential care standards, ensuring a safe and conducive environment for the children through the construction of a much-needed housing unit. Your support will contribute to providing a secure space for these children to thrive.

Mother of Peace Community children home was started in 1994 it’s core business is to care for orphans and vulnerable children.It is a residential child care run by Roman Catholic church in partnership with Department of Social Development. It offers a loving, stable and secure home environment where children are provided with housing, education, medical treatment and spiritual enrichment .
To further strengthen our care for the children, the home aims to raise $ 10000 for a borehole and solar panels to power irrigation systems to boost our vegetable garden, ensuring reliable access to water and sustainable food production for nutrition purposes. In addition, we propose a poultry project as an income-generating activity to promote self-reliance while improving children’s diets. Your support will empower vulnerable children with life skills,self sufficiency and overall well being for children living at residential care homes.

Child Restoration Outreach Uganda has been supporting children living on the streets in Northwestern Uganda since 1992, providing education, healthcare, nutrition support, recreational activities, and reintegration programs to reconnect children with their families.
This campaign will help expand access to education, health services, safe spaces, and family reunification for children who have been living on the streets, giving them a pathway back to stability and belonging.

Empowered Girls is dedicated to enlightening, equipping, and empowering vulnerable girls in Tanzania’s Arusha region to thrive despite poverty, harmful cultural practices, and early marriage. Through mentorship seminars, the organisation builds girls’ confidence, leadership, and life skills while providing sexual and reproductive health education and community-wide engagement to shift cultural norms. Its menstrual hygiene programme supplies sanitary kits and builds school facilities, enabling girls to manage their cycles with dignity and stay in class. Academic support, study groups, and school materials help struggling students succeed, while top achievers are celebrated.
This campaign will expand mentorship, provide hygiene kits, and supply school resources, ensuring more girls can remain in school, protect their rights, and grow into leaders of tomorrow.
