Kawempe Homecare Limited
Kawempe Home Care is a centre of excellence in Uganda, providing holistic, community-based healthcare to children and families affected by HIV, TB, cancer, and other health challenges. Its New Hope Children’s Hostel offers young cancer patients safe accommodation, nutrition, counselling, and access to specialist treatment while away from home. Kawempe also supports orphaned and vulnerable children with education to keep them in school.
This campaign will expand access to specialised oncology care for disadvantaged children with cancer by covering accommodation, meals, daily hospital transport, and psychosocial support for them and their caregivers.

Kyaninga Child Development Centre offers support to children living with disabilities and their families in Kabarole District through a holistic approach that aims at helping children reach their full potential. They provide access to physical, orthopaedic, and occupational therapy, distribute assistive mobility devices to children, and provide training, education, and psychosocial support to caregivers. -

Learn To Play imagines a world where every child learns through play. This social enterprise delivers quality, culturally relevant early childhood development (ECD) programmes that nurture children while empowering caregivers and communities.
By engaging mothers as key change agents, Learn To Play ensures children are supported at home, in school, and beyond. Its scalable model has already improved school readiness and well-being across 11 communities in Botswana.

Lebone Centre (ICDP Trust)
Lebone, meaning “light” in Sesotho, is a haven for vulnerable children. The Makhanda-based organisation takes a holistic approach to supporting children aged 0–9 years—nurturing their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
Its early childhood development (ECD) programme includes a multilingual preschool where children are taught equally in English, Afrikaans, and isiXhosa. For primary school learners, Lebone provides support through reading and writing programmes at non-fee-paying schools, with a focus on language and literacy development. The organisation also runs an aftercare programme at its centre, offering nutritious meals, literacy and numeracy enrichment, life skills, and psychosocial support.
