Founded in 2001 by a group of disabled and HIV/AIDS positive community members in the community of Pitseng, Phelisanong provides a residential home, nutrition and health care services, quality education, and a sense of family to children and orphans with special needs, HIV/AIDS, and other chronic illnesses.
Tumaini provides education and healthcare services to orphaned and vulnerable children, and those impacted by HIV/AIDS, as well as income generating activities to their caregivers and the communities where Tumaini operates. Currently, they serve children and families in 11 counties in Kenya.
Ewang’an Nadede Advocacy Initiative (ENAI – Africa) protects and empowers indigenous young girls and women facing early marriage and female genital mutilation (FGM) through education and health services, livelihood support, food security programs and anti-FGM and gender-based violence advocacy.
ENAI – Africa is the only organisation providing these essential services within a five-village radius in Kajiado County, a rural part of the South Rift in Kenya.
