HARARE CHILDREN’S HOME
Harare Children’s Home, established in 1918, has for over a century been a safe haven for vulnerable children, providing shelter, care, and the support they need to grow into independent, empowered adults. Today, the Home looks after 92 children from diverse backgrounds, with more than 80 enrolled in schools from primary to tertiary level.
To truly prepare these young minds for the future, access to technology has become essential. The Home is seeking to raise USD 10,000 to transform its library into a modern computer lab, fully equipped with desktops and other vital resources including internet access. This initiative will not only enhance school research and foster computer literacy but will also open doors to endless educational and career opportunities in the digital age. By supporting this project, you are directly investing in the future of these children helping them break barriers, dream bigger, and step confidently into a world of possibilities.
