The Gabriella Children’s Rehabilitation Centre (GCRC) was established to promote the empowerment, rehabilitation, and community inclusion of children and youth living with disabilities.
Located in Hai District, Kilimanjaro, GCRC provides assessments and intensive therapeutic interventions for children and youth with cognitive and physical disabilities, as well as specialised early childhood education programs. Their therapists and teachers conduct visits in homes and communities to empower families and communities to better understand their roles in supporting people living with disabilities.
