Breede Valley APD provides therapeutic, social, and community development services to persons living with disabilities in the Breede Valley Municipal area, in South Africa. They facilitate and advocate for equality and inclusion for all and in the process enabling a disabling society. It was established in 1951 after Dr’s Dommisse and Wilson realized the need for aftercare for persons with disabilities in the area.
Currently, the 5 strategic focus areas of the organization include governance, developmental social work services, work & employment, education & childcare and marketing & promotion.
