Gabriella Children Rehabilitation Centre
A centre of excellence for children living with neurodevelopmental disorders
Gabriella Children Rehabilitation Centre (GCRC) was established to promote empowerment, rehabilitation and community inclusion of children and youth living with disabilities.
Located in Hai District, Kilimanjaro, GCRC provides assessments and intensive therapeutic interventions for children and youth with cognitive and physical disabilities, as well as specialised early childhood education programs. Their therapists and teachers conduct visits in homes and communities to empower families and communities to better understand their roles in supporting people living with disabilities.

Girl Up Initiative Uganda
Building a vibrant movement of girls and young women
Girl Up is building a vibrant movement of strong and empowered girls and young women through transformative leadership, sexual and reproductive health education, and skills development. Girl Up provides life skills and entrepreneur training, medical care, education scholarships, and psychosocial support. They are also equipping boys to become champions of gender equality. Since their start in 2012, Girl Up has reached more than 50,000 young women and girls living in and around Kampala.

Glory To Glory Child care Center
Glory to Glory Child Care Centre is a voluntary organization that seeks to improve the welfare of orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) registered with Social Welfare Reg. It was established in 2002 in Norton and was founded by Rev Dr. George Chikohwa and Rev Dr. Rosewittar Chikohwa. Our mission is to provide a holistic care and support of orphaned and vulnerable children, meeting their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual needs.
We seek to raise money for building a hall for sewing. The initiative will provide hands-on sewing training for children, equipping them with the skills to produce garments such as dresses and other clothing items

Hantam Community Education Trust
Hantam serves children living in the Upper Karoo, a remote part of Northern Cape, South Africa’s largest and most sparsely populated province.
Hantam’s services include early childhood development programs, a government Grade R-9 school, a library, teacher’s housing, youth vocational skills training, and a community health clinic.

HARARE CHILDREN’S HOME
Harare Children’s Home, established in 1918, has for over a century been a safe haven for vulnerable children, providing shelter, care, and the support they need to grow into independent, empowered adults. Today, the Home looks after 92 children from diverse backgrounds, with more than 80 enrolled in schools from primary to tertiary level.
To truly prepare these young minds for the future, access to technology has become essential. The Home is seeking to raise USD 10,000 to transform its library into a modern computer lab, fully equipped with desktops and other vital resources including internet access. This initiative will not only enhance school research and foster computer literacy but will also open doors to endless educational and career opportunities in the digital age. Heather Chimhoga Orphan Care
Health, social services, educational, and psychosocial support to over one thousand orphans
Heather Chimhoga Orphan Care’s (HCOC) services ensure that children remain in school and have access to nutritional support, health, and psychosocial services. HCOC runs a child-friendly clinic and school-based feeding program, offers scholarships to vulnerable children and provides psychosocial and livelihoods support in the rural district of Murehwa. -
HER Initiative
Led by young women, HER Initiative is challenging harmful societal norms that perpetuate the cycle of poverty by empowering adolescent girls and young women across Dar es Salaam, Morogoro, Dodoma, Pwani, Mwanza, Iringa, Arusha, and Zanzibar.
Through a combination of business skills training, financial and digital literacy courses, comprehensive Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) education, and tailored empowerment and mentorship programmes, HER is equipping young women to achieve financial independence and reclaim agency over their lives.

HI HOPES
An early intervention partner for families of deaf and hard-of-hearing babies and children
HI HOPES works across six provinces in South Africa and provides home-based early intervention services to hearing-impaired children ages 0-3 and their families. Families receive weekly visits from Parent Advisors, who tailor lesson plans to the individual child and family’s unique needs and perform follow-up assessments to see how the family and child are adapting. Deaf Mentors are selected from the community to act as role models, mentoring and supporting families, especially around issues of language and communication with their child. -
Hope of Family
Reducing poverty through education and strengthening families
The team at Hope of Family bring a deep and personal understanding of their community’s needs and believe that a conducive home atmosphere is critical to the success of primary school-aged children. Hope of family involve parents and caregivers living in the communities of Muhanga district in all aspects for their children’s education. Additionally, they provide educational supplies, supplemental school fees, and promote literacy throughout the community, provide entrepreneurial and agriculture training, work to improve housing conditions and facilitate a local savings and loan program. -
Ikamva Labantwana Bethu (ILB)
Investing in the future of children
ILB is transforming the lives of youth in Crossroads and surrounding communities in the Western Cape as well as those in Tarkastad in the Eastern Cape. Their aim is to close the gap in education access and to give youth skills they need to bring more opportunities that would assist them to access employment opportunities.ILB assists children from primary school level with academic support to ensure that they are ready for high school. Youth are supported through a skills development programme which builds their soft and hard skills.
The greater community is also uplifted through a development programme that addresses key socioeconomic issues such as unemployment, poverty, and violence.

Isibani Sethemba
Supporting orphans and vulnerable children to reach their full potential
Isibani Sethemba serves children and their families living in Ingwavuma, a rural community in the far North of Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa. They provide HIV and TB patients with access to treatment, palliative care, psychosocial support, and sexual and reproductive health awareness programs, and also promote a reading culture through reading clubs and leadership development camps.
