This initiative provides hands-on sewing training for girls, equipping them with skills to produce garments such as dresses and other clothing items. Upon completing their training, each girl receives a start-up kit including industrial sewing machines and essential materials to help them establish their own small businesses and achieve self-reliance. The Agriculture Skills Start-Up Support component offers practical training in greenhouse farming, poultry production, and small-scale agriculture, alongside start-up inputs and access to land, enabling trained youth to launch sustainable, income-generating ventures.
