Girls to Lead Africa (GTLA) develops, nurtures, and prepares young girls and women ages 13-30 to assume leadership roles in their schools and communities.

GTLA provides leadership training and mentorship programs to empower them to compete for school leadership positions and once elected, introduce gender transformative polices and address the harmful patriarchal systems in their schools and communities.
