Campaign Story
Emergination Africa (EA) is dedicated to developing entrepreneurship and innovation among African youths. They have set out to reach 2 million learners through working with 20,000 educators by 2027, through the Educator Venture Development Training (EVDT) and various programs. They have set a target of 800 educators in Zimbabwe for the year 2024. The teacher training program equips educators to help learners generate innovative business ideas.
The organisation is working towards being able to conduct in-person training in schools, provide training support materials, arrange transportation for educators and facilitators, as well as provide food and refreshments for all and hope that teachers trained through this program will help learners develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills necessary for creating business solutions to pressing challenges within their communities. By training 800 teachers, they hope to directly impact 4000 learners and indirectly impact an average of 152 000 learners. By 2027, Emergination Africa hopes to have impacted 4,000 schools, 20,000 educators, 2,000,000 learners and accelerate 360 ventures.
